samjhota....
Har raste par ek mod kyun hota hai
Sagar ka ek chor kyun hota hai
Lehlo me itna zor kyun hota hai
Hawaon me kabi shor kyun hota hai
Raho me chalne wala wo kya khota hai
Jo na chah te hue bi en ankho me reh ta hai
Uthe hue har toofan se ye keh ta hai
Dil me dabe arman he to hai ye
jho zindagi ka ek samjhota hai……
kyun ki waqt ka yahi dhoka hai
jo har kisi ke saath ye hota hai ……kesa ye samjhota hai…

Changing trends in Cricket....
The sport cricket has seen many changes in regards to rules, regulations, mode of playing and other issues. As the game gained popularity across Commonwealth Nations it became interesting with every change of trend and transition. The game became popular day by day and today it has reached a phase where it can provide more entertainment than one day internationals.
Previously cricket was a long game It was played for long and for nearly five-six days. But slowly the popularity of test cricket shaded with people becoming busy in day to day life and world changing at faster rate. then came the age of One Day Internationals and Limited Over’s. Later on with more sophistication the day and night matches were introduced when it was played during nights also under high power flood lights. Different strategies of the game were brought into force, rules change, and new trends came in regarding bowling, batting, out, fielding and etiquettes in the field.
Present Day Twenty20 this is the game that can give you an outlandish six when the team requires 3 runs for one ball. The modern trend of cricket has been brought about by this mode of game where the cricketers get new things like free hits, stump hitting in case of ties and other measures to make this game more exciting and elating.
If we take the example of IPL its just not a game of cricket its a kind of business which is providing profit to BCCI. Through game like IPL we r spreading the message of unity.Players from all over the world from form a team to play together.
through this players come to know about each other strategy of game they get a chance to learn from other players. they get to know there techniques and strategies of playing game. Its good to know each other and learn from each other regarding the game play...
With changing times cricket has undergone a lot of changes along with time and need of publics.cricket as a game has not been given place in Olympics in spite of it cricket has maintained its popularity and created a different place for itself......

Gift of life
Aaj dard hai to kal kushi mile ge
kahin na kahin ek roshni jale ge
ye zindagi ki daud hai yahan mushkile mile ge
jo haar gai es dodh me takdir kahin kho jae ge
jo par hua en sab se to manzile ban jae ge
jo chal pada en rahon me to har mod par kahin dhokha hai
sambhal kar rakhna kadam....
tere dil me rehne wala bi hawa ka ek jhoka hai
jo reth ban ke chut jaye ga yahin ankho me sukh jae ga
hann ye bhi ek samjhota hai.... zindagi ka yahi tofa hai....

corellation...
“For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for nature cannot be fooled.”
“Everything you do or say is public relations.”
Building relations are an important part of our life.good relations are always based on genuine facts, the authenticity of what you say, wether you are a reliable person or not.
The biggest thing to achieve in this world is trust or faith.“It takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it”. achieving trust or faith is not end the second part or step is to maintain that trust because once the trust is broken it will take long to build up again and that too will not be the same as before.
"A reputation once broken may possibly be repaired, but the world will always keep their eyes on the spot where the crack was."
“The glue that holds all relationships together - including the relationship between the leader and the led is trust, and trust is based on integrity.
For good relation you need to follow the line of trust with true facts , be genuine and natural because they are accepted by most and rest everybody knows.
so for being a good PR you need to develop good relations and this process starts from within. Build up your communication skills, grow your network, try to listen and understand, have patience and be a good listener.
This is what i understand rest i guess today every body is a good PR PERSON...
“The people when rightly and fully trusted will return the trust”.
“Relationships of trust depend on our willingness to look not only to our own interests, but also the interests of others.”

wo-mens day!
All humans, irrespective of any caste, creed, colour, religion or sex are born equal and in any civilized society should be offered the same opportunities to make the most of life. And any discrimination on the basis of sex is definitely a deterrent to the progress of the nation. Yes everybody knows this but we don’t follow it .why it is so that women’s are always being discriminated in our society. Either it may be in the case of sex or in employment. We can say that we are developed or civilized but this fact cannot be hidden that women’s are still exploit. India The fastest growing economy in the world. Ever growing Gross Domestic Product (GDP) everyone’s talking about development in India today, but sadly in spite of this growth, one sex continues to suffer in India and that’s the female ratio to male the sex ratio in India is nothing to be proud of . Talking about work force in India women barely represent eighteen per cent of it. American women represent almost 47 per cent of the entire nation’s work force. Even in a Communist country like China, women represent 40 per cent of the people working. It is just in India that women continue to be neglected. If we really want to develop we should develop women’s.
